While the club is mostly for members and their invited guests, we give a warm welcome to:
 

• Family visiting short-term: If you're a member and have family staying with you (like on holiday or a short visit), they’re welcome at the Club for up to 21 days. Please ask for temporary membership at the bar.
   

• Holidaymakers staying locally: If you're on holiday in the village (e.g. at a campsite, B&B, or hotel), you can visit the club your stay, for up to 14 days. Please ask for a free temporary membership at the bar.
   

• Sporting teams and supporters: If there’s a genuine sporting fixture going on, either at the club or elsewhere in the village for a sports team using the club as their base, players, supporters, and officials from the visiting team are welcome. 
   

• Groups or clubs holding meetings: If a recognised organisation is having a meeting at the club, its members can attend for that event. For group and club meetings, please contact the secretary in advance by emailing whclub@hotmail.co.uk.
   

• Special family functions: With prior approval from the Management Committee, guests can attend private functions connected to a club member or their family, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or funerals.
   

All visitors are expected to abide by the club rules, the same as members.
